A distal femoral condyle bone defect osteotomy positioner is provided. The positioner includes a distal femur bone defect osteotomy module, a sliding locking positioning module and a distal femur valgus angle positioning module, wherein the sliding locking positioning module is arranged behind the distal femur bone defect osteotomy module, the distal femur valgus angle positioning module is arranged below the sliding locking positioning module, and the front side of the bottom of the distal femur bone defect osteotomy module is provided with an installation surface which matches the anterior femoral condyle to ensure the stability of osteotomy. According to the present invention, the functions of correcting osteotomy for medial and lateral bone defect of distal femoral condyle of the left and right legs and adjusting and positioning the valgus angle of the left and right legs are combined into one, so that the operation efficiency is improved.
