The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal in a full-duplex bidirectional relay network. A relay communication method in a full-duplex bidirectional relay network according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first signal (x S1) received from a first source node (S 1 ) in a first time slot, a second source node (S 2 )) storing the received signal (r ∈ ) including the second signal (x S2 ) and the self-interference signal of the relay (R) in a buffer; detecting the first signal by applying a first reception beamforming vector to the signal stored in the buffer to remove the influence of the self-interference signal and the second signal of the relay; removing the detected first signal to the signal stored in the buffer and then detecting the second signal by applying a second reception beamforming vector; and transmitting a signal (x R ) obtained by combining the detected first signal and the detected second signal to the first source node and the second source node in a second time slot.
