Disclosed is a carbon/titanium phosphate composite material and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The method comprises: performing a dry ball milling Ⅰ on a lithium source, a titanium source, a phosphorus source and a carbon source to obtain a mixed powder Ⅰ; mixing the mixed powder Ⅰ with an additive aqueous solution and drying same to obtain a mixed material; performing a dry ball milling Ⅱ on the mixed material to obtain a mixed powder Ⅱ; and sintering the mixed powder Ⅱ to obtain the carbon/titanium phosphate composite material. The method is simple in process and easy to operate; in addition, the method can not only ensure that the raw materials are uniformly dispersed when being mixed, but can also reduce the hardness of the material particles after drying same with the additive aqueous solution for dispersion. The whole preparation process is green, environmentally friendly and free of pollution; and the carbon/titanium phosphate composite material prepared by the method has a mass specific capacity of approximately 88 mAh/g when used as the negative electrode of an aqueous lithium ion full battery, and has no obvious attenuation after 100 cycles.
