To provide a method for aging, denaturation, and use of fresh Sujiaonori in offshore waters.SOLUTION: Before Sujiaonori enters near the coast, Sujiaonori floating on the sea surface is collected, slurried, and aged and denatured to make semi-fluid algin, and then the semi-fluid algin is released as it is into the sea area through a transport pipeline so that it may be used as a good food for various marine organisms. According to the present method, it is realized that not only the treatment of Sujiaonori in the offshore sea area can be achieved, but also it is possible to provide a food source that is easily absorbed and used by marine organisms. In addition, heat denaturation effectively kills gametes of Sujiaonori and effectively suppresses the reproduction of Sujiaonori, thus the growth rate of Sujiaonori in the process of drifting to the coast becomes slow, and it is advantageous for reproduction control and expansion restriction of Sujiaonori in offshore waters, resulting in excellent economic, social, and ecological benefits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
