A method of manufacturing a part by localized irradiation of a material capable of being sintered, fused or photopolymerized, comprising: providing a volume (1) of the material, in which the part in its entirety is intended to be manufactured; definition, in this volume (1), of a plurality of distinct target volumes (4; 4 ’), the set of target volumes defining the part to be manufactured; for each target volume (4; 4 ’), simultaneous irradiation of the target volume by at least two continuous and concurrent beams (2) in the target volume; release of the part obtained from the remainder of non-irradiated material. The material is partially transparent to said beams; the energy deposited in the target volume by each beam is greater than Threshold, the sum of the energies deposited in the target volume by each of the beams is greater than or equal to Threshold transformation.
