A method for measuring and controlling the solution temperature of an electronic atomization device, and an electronic atomization device. The method comprises: providing a light source assembly (24) and a spectrum sensor assembly (25) in an interface (20), which allows insertion of an insertion part (10) of an atomizer (1), of a power supply device (2); separately performing spectrum detection on sample solutions having different temperatures in the atomizer (1) to obtain multiple pieces of calibrated spectrum information, and writing same in a microcontroller (27) arranged in the power supply device (2); presetting a correspondence between output power of the atomizer (1) and a solution temperature; powering on the light source assembly (24) and the spectrum sensor assembly (25), and performing, by the spectrum sensor assembly (25), spectrum detection on a solution (120) to be atomized in the atomizer (1) to obtain detected spectrum information; analyzing and comparing, by the microcontroller (27), the detected spectrum information and the multiple pieces of calibrated spectrum information, and if the detected spectrum information matches one of the calibrated spectrum information, determining, by the microcontroller (27), a measured temperature of the solution (120) to be atomized; and adjusting the output power of the atomizer (1) according to the measured temperature and a preset function relationship between the output power and the solution temperature.
