The purpose of animal products is to provide healthy food for human nutrition, but there are global concerns on the development of antibiotic resistance and antibiotic-resistant gene transmission. In this experiment with enzymatic hydrolysis, soybean meal was produced in laboratory conditions as oral additives of peptides with different molecular weight and biological activity and for the first time in the world the effect of peptides prepared from soybean meal by enzymatic method as food additive on increasing Weight, feed conversion ratio, feed consumption, intestinal morphology, and bacterial population of the gastrointestinal tract of broilers were examined. It is concluded that soybean meal peptides in the amount of 350 mg per kg of feed have growth stimulant properties, strengthen the immune system, increase nutrient digestibility and antibacterial properties. It can be used as a dietary supplement to replace antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics in the diet of broiler chickens
