A meeting support system according to the present invention is provided with: a user-information acquisition unit that acquires audio information on a per-user basis; and an analysis unit that generates text data of each user utterance on the basis of the audio information. The user-information acquisition unit acquires classification information concerning problem setting or problem handling, assigned by the user to the text data of the user utterance, and acquires classification information concerning the level of satisfaction or the level of problem solution, assigned by the user to the text data having the classification information concerning the problem setting or the problem handling assigned thereto.
