Disclosed are an electrostatic-atomization ultrasonic wave assisted low-damage and controllable biologic bone grinding process and apparatus. The electrostatic-atomization ultrasonic wave assisted low-damage and controllable biologic bone grinding process and apparatus solve the problem in the prior art of severe bone debris blockage, and has good cooling effect and high operation efficiency. The solution is as follows: an electrostatic-atomization ultrasonic wave assisted low-damage and controllable biologic bone grinding apparatus comprises: a rotatable main shaft; a water-catching grinding tool for grinding a biologic bone, the main shaft being connected to the water-catching grinding tool by means of an ultrasonic vibration mechanism, and driven by the main shaft and the ultrasonic vibration mechanism, the water-catching grinding tool achieving a longitudinal motion and a rotation motion; a cooling and film-forming mechanism provided at one side of the water-catching grinding tool and connected to an ultrasonic generator in the ultrasonic vibration mechanism, wherein the bottom of the cooling and film-forming mechanism is provided with a nozzle connected to a medical liquid storage nanocup, and compressed gas is filled in the nozzle, so as to perform pneumatic-ultrasonic atomization on medical nanofluids, and the medical nanofluids are flushed into a grinding zone in a droplet form for effective cooling and lubrication; and an endoscope provided at the other side of the water-catching grinding tool.
