Provided in the present disclosure is a method for detecting colorectal cancer DNA methylation. By detecting methylation biomarkers in free DNAs of a sample of a subject and determines the level of methylation of the DNAs, the method determines whether the subject has colorectal cancer, anticipates postoperative prognosis of the subject having colorectal cancer, predicts postoperative recurrence of the subject having colorectal cancer, or evaluates treatment efficacy of the subject having colorectal cancer. Also provided in the present disclosure are biomarkers, a testing kit and a detection reagent.
