PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable composition for a dimming element having good adhesion to a plastic film substrate with a transparent electrode and also having good light resistance and weather resistance, and a polymerizable composition for a dimming element, which is suitable for dimming in a well-balanced manner. A liquid crystal complex and its use are provided. SOLUTION: The precursor of the polymer contained together with the liquid crystal composition is a monofunctional polymerizable compound having a non-cyclic structure having a nitrogen atom, a monofunctional polymerizable compound having a cyclic structure, and a polyfunctional urethane (meth) acrylate.
