To provide a floor system replacement method that has no restriction by work space in an upward direction or a road width direction in a construction site or restriction of weight by loading capacity of an existing bridge, and capable of performing operation efficiently without using a crane track, and a floor system replacement device.SOLUTION: An existing floor system 13 is cut in a bridge axial perpendicular direction at a plurality of locations of a bridge axial direction such that the length of the bridge axial direction is shorter than the length of the bridge axial perpendicular direction, removal of the existing floor system 13 is performed using a first suspending device 20 and a conveying truck 40 which are movable on the existing floor system 13 in the bridge axial direction and a new precast floor system 14 formed such that the length of the bridge axial direction is shorter than the length of the bridge axial perpendicular direction is conveyed to the first suspending device 20 by the conveying truck 40 with the use of the first suspending device 20 and the conveying truck 40 which are movable on a main girder 12 on which the existing floor system 13 is removed, and the precast floor system 14 is placed, so that operation can be performed without using a crane truck.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
