The present invention relates to a novel recombinant fusion protein in which GLP-2 or an analog thereof used for the treatment and prevention of inflammatory bowel disease or short bowel syndrome is linked to an IL-10 protein, and more specifically, GLP at the N-terminus of the antibody Fc region. It relates to a recombinant bispecific fusion protein linked to -2 or an analog thereof and an IL-10 protein linked to the C-terminus of the antibody Fc, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same.
