It is a technique that improves image detection and security, including the formation and detection of matrix-based images. Some techniques include logic to process image data, create one or more color spaces associated with that data, and perform color space conversions based on the generated color spaces. The logic may be further shaped to generate images based on color space conversions including, but not limited to, matrix barcodes. The logic can be further shaped to apply one or both of an ultraviolet layer and an infrared layer to the image. Matrix barcodes generated from color space conversion.
