Provided are a needle apparatus and a protection structure and method therefor, and a venous blood collection needle and an infusion needle. The protection structure comprises a needle tubing (2), wherein the needle tubing (2) is fixed to a needle holder (3). A protective shell is sleeved on the needle holder (3), and the needle holder (3) is moved in the protective shell and has at least two position states, wherein when the needle holder (3) is in a first position state, a puncture tip of the needle tubing (2) is exposed out of the protective shell; and when the needle holder (3) is in a second position state, the puncture tip of the needle tubing (2) is received into the protective shell. When the puncture tip of the needle tubing (2) is received into the protective shell, the needle tubing (2) is elastically bent and deformed. After the protective shell completely covers a needle tip, an irreversible locking structure is formed, thereby preventing the needle tip from being exposed again due to a locking failure. In addition, the present invention is rational in terms of structure, is easily manufactured and assembled and has low manufacturing cost.
