The present disclosure provides an information synchronization method, applied to a secondary node. The method comprises: configuring first information, the first information comprising at least one of: a capability of whether a signaling radio bearer SRBk corresponding to the secondary node supports fast recovery of a primary radio link failure; and a state of whether the SRBk corresponding to the secondary node supports fast recovery of the primary radio link failure, wherein k is any one of integers greater than or equal to 3, and the value of k corresponding to different secondary nodes corresponding to a same master node is different; and sending a first message to a first master node, wherein the first message carries the first information. The present disclosure further provides an information synchronization apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer readable storage medium.
