A radiation report editor that utilizes a set of templates for different types of reports. The template provides appropriate statements that can be inserted and modified according to specific observations. The statements are presented to the user in the order in which they will typically appear in the report. The statement contains grammatically interchangeable qualifiers that can be presented to the user according to the order of the history of statistical use.
