The present invention relates to a rainwater pumping station simulation operation system using deep learning that enables an active preemptive response using event information generated at a rainwater pumping station reservoir and a deep learning-based water level prediction and determination system, and the configuration is connected to a reservoir a pump control unit electrically connected to the plurality of pumps to control the operation of the plurality of pumps; a sensor sensing unit comprising a water level sensor for measuring the water level of the reservoir and a rainfall sensor for measuring the rainfall at the reservoir; an input unit for inputting event information for a preceding event; a storage unit for extracting and storing a major event for learning a deep learning model from the input unit based on a preset extraction criterion; a simulation prediction unit for predicting the amount of rainwater flowing into the reservoir and the water level of the reservoir using the main event stored in the storage and the information acquired by the sensor detecting unit; and a transmission unit for transmitting control signals to the plurality of pumps based on the results of the simulation prediction unit.
