The present invention relates to an immunoglobulin Fc domain comprising three polypeptide chains and having at least one binding site specific for an epitope of CD32B and one binding site specific for an epitope of CD97b (i.e., "CD32B x CD79b bispecific 1 Bispecific Fc Diabodies") bispecific monovalent diabodies ("bispecific monovalent Fc diabodies"). The bispecific monovalent Fc diabody of the present invention can bind to CD32B and CD79b simultaneously. The invention relates to such compositions, pharmaceutical compositions and methods of using them for the treatment of inflammatory diseases or conditions, in particular systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and graft versus host disease, containing such bispecific monovalent Fc diabodies.
