Specifically, the biogel containing alginate and gelatin can solve the problem of the dermal layer contraction of collagen, which has been used to form the existing artificial dermal layer. In addition, by controlling the content of alginate and gelatin or the gelation method of the biogel, it is possible to improve the adhesion of the epidermal layer. Furthermore, biogels containing alginate and gelatin have effective drug loading and sustained release functions, so they can be utilized as a delivery vehicle for drugs requiring long-term effects.
