Covering device (1) comprising:a support structure (20) equipped with a frame (2), comprising at least two parallel and adjacent side beams (21), each of which runs along a corresponding direction of travel (X);A series of cover sheets (3) arranged in sequence in accordance with the first direction (X) above, each of which runs between two opposite ends (31) in accordance with its essentially orthogonal longitudinal axis (X) in accordance with the first direction (W), which are worn by the respective side beams (21);The first means of movement (4) mechanically connected to the said cover blades (3) and designed to rotate each of these cover blades (3) in order to rotate an appropriate axis (R) parallel to the specified longitudinal axis (W) between a closed position and at least one open position; where the first mentioned elements of movement (4) include:At least one setting element (41) that can be operated to move essentially vertically in a movement level (M) to the axis of rotation (R) of the said cover blades (3); andMultiple connecting bodies (42), each of which is mounted at one end (31) of a corresponding cover plate (3) and is equipped with at least one intervention element (43), which is capable of being rotated at least with the said supporting element (41) in order to obtain the said cover plate (3) between that open position and that closed position,move position; where the said cover device (1) is marked by the connecting body (42) of the said first means of movement (4):is equipped with at least one first connecting point (32) and a second connecting point (33) located at a distance from each other at the specified level of motion (M), the said connecting body (42) at these connecting points (32, 33) being rigidly connected to the said cover plate (3);is equipped with at least one intervention point (48) at a distance from the said first connection point (32) and second connection point (33) at the specified movement level (M), at which point of intervention (48) the said intervention element (43) is positioned; where the specified intervention point (48) is always positioned on the same side in relation to a vertical plane (V), in which the specified rotating axis (R) is located.
