A heat exchanger, comprising a collecting pipe (1), a separator (6), and heat exchange tubes (2). The collecting pipe (1) has a pipe wall and an inner cavity. The collecting pipe (1) is an annular pipe. The separator (6) is provided in the inner cavity of the collecting pipe (1). The separator (6) extends along the lengthwise direction of the collecting pipe (1). The separator (6) divides the collecting pipe (1) into a first cavity (101) and a second cavity (102). There is a plurality of heat exchange tubes (2). The plurality of heat exchange tubes (2) is arranged along the lengthwise direction of the collecting pipe (1). Each heat exchange tube (2) has a first end (21) and an inner cavity. The first end (21) of the heat exchange tube (2) sequentially passes through the pipe wall of the collecting pipe (1), the first cavity (101), and the separator (6) to insert into the second cavity (102). The inner cavity of the heat exchange tube (2) is communicated with the second cavity (102).
