This seat comprises a pad (6) and a skin material (7) and has a lasting part (5). A lasting edge part (11) of the skin material (7) is received by a lasting groove (8) provided on the pad (6) and is engaged with a clip (8) provided on the bottom part of the lasting groove (8), and the lasting part (5) is formed thereby. The pad (6) is provided with an easily deformable part (25) including a recessed part directly below the clip (8). The clip (8) is displaced toward the easily deformable part (25) during roller-crushing, suppressing application of excessive force to the clip (8) from the roller.
