The present invention relates to a niclosamide-containing solid dispersion having increased water solubility, dissolution rate and oral bioavailability, and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to a niclosamide-containing solid containing niclosamide, a water-soluble polymer and a surfactant. Dispersions and methods for preparing the same are provided. According to the above preparation method, by using a water-soluble polymer and a surfactant in a suitable formulation and ratio, niclosamide is dispersed in an amorphous or crystalline form to improve aqueous solubility and dissolution rate, and further, to prepare a niclosamide-containing solid dispersion with improved oral bioavailability can do.
