To provide a consultation reservation control program, a consultation reservation control method, and an information processing device, that can reduce the number of patients who lose consultation opportunities.SOLUTION: A consultation reservation control program causes a computer to execute processing to identify a classification of an information processing terminal as a sender which requests a reservation when a consultation reservation request for any patient is received. The consultation reservation control program causes the computer to execute processing to identify a cancellation ratio corresponding to the classification of the identified information processing terminal as the sender by referring to a storage section which associates the classification of the information processing terminal with the reservation cancellation ratio and stores thereof. The consultation reservation control program causes the computer to execute processing to control yes-or-no or the priority to accept the reservation request on the basis of the identified cancellation ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
