PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a builing with large space made by reducing pillars and quake resistant walls inside as well as making their sizes thinner.;SOLUTION: A high-rise and earthquake-resistant building 1 has tube structures on both inner peripheral part 1B and out peripheral part 1A of the building 1. The inner peripheral part 1B consists of an inner tube structure 60 with large-scale braces 65, bridging over multiple floors, and multiple pillars 61 built in parallel.
