Anti CGRP / anti-il-23 dual specificity antigens and their use

Characterized by binding to human calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and human interleukin-23 (IL-23), with high affinity and strong co-neutralizing properties for both human CGRP and human IL-23 , IgG bispecific antibodies are provided. The bispecific antibody of the present invention is useful for treating inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), as well as psoriatic arthritis (PsA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and atopic dermatitis. It is useful for treating various autoimmune diseases, including other autoimmune diseases such as (AtD). The bispecific antibodies of the invention are useful in treating pain associated with the above mentioned diseases. [Selection diagram] None
