To provide a heavy metal adsorbent matte of which deviation of a heavy metal adsorber is suppressed and manufacturing is easy, a manufacturing method therefor, and a method for storing soil containing heavy metals using the heavy metal adsorbent matte.SOLUTION: A heavy metal adsorbent matte 1 has a bag 3 constituted by a facing water transparent sheets 31, and a heavy metal adsorber 5 filled in the bag 3, a first junction 37 formed to be narrower than width of the bag 3 from one end to another end in a width direction of the bag 3 and jointing the facing water transparent sheets 31 each other, and a second junction 39 formed to be narrower than width of the bag 3 from another end to one end in the width direction of the bag 3 and jointing the facing water transparent sheets 31 each other in the bag 3, the first junction 37 and the second junction 39 are arranged alternately along a length direction of the bag 3, inside of the bag 3 is sectioned by the first junction 37 and the second junction 39, and the heavy metal adsorbent filling part 33 for filling the heavy metal adsorber is formed with a zigzag shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
