The present invention provides a binder composition for all-solid-state batteries, said binder composition exhibiting excellent storage stability for a long period of time, while having excellent lithium ion conductivity and achieving good cycle life characteristics even at high voltage. A binder composition for all-solid-state batteries according to the present invention contains (A) a polymer that has an aromatic vinyl unit based on an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene unit based on a conjugated diene compound, (B) an anti-aging agent in an amount of from 200 ppm to 5,000 ppm relative to the total mass of this binder composition for all-solid-state batteries, and (C) a liquid medium.
