An implant device (100), comprising: a flexible cable (1), a circuit chip (2), a fluid adhesion layer (3) and a vapor deposition layer (4); the flexible cable (1) comprises a lead-in portion (11), a stimulation portion (12) and a connection portion (13) connected between the lead-in portion (11) and the stimulation portion (12); the circuit chip (2) is fixed to one side surface of the lead-in portion (11), and the circuit chip (2) is electrically connected to the lead-in portion (11); the fluid adhesion layer (3) is adhered to the outer sides of the circuit chip (2) and the lead-in portion (11); and the vapor deposition layer (4) is deposited directly on the outer side of the fluid adhesion layer (3).
