The aerosol generating articles (1, 2, 3, 4) comprise an aerosol generating material (10) having a first region (12) and a second region (14) and an induction heating susceptor (22) in the first region (12).The first region (12) may be disposed upstream or downstream of the second region (14) relative to the flow direction of the aerosols within the articles (1,2,3,4).The method of producing the aerosol generating articles (1, 2, 3, 4) and the aerosol generating system (40) are also explained.
