MÖBIUS STRIP FORMING DEVICE. FORMING MACHINE USING THE FORMING DEVICE AND TEXTILE CHAIN FORMING PROCEDURE

The forming device (20) for forming links in the shape of a Mobius strip, comprising a rotation module (1) with an inner path wherein it has a widening (18) for 180° rotation of a strip (100) introduced into the rotation module (1). A second object is a textile chain forming machine (200) wherein each link (300) is a Mobius strip, for which reason it has excellent wear properties and withstands very high loads and comprises the previous forming device (20). Another object of the invention is a textile chain forming procedure (200) that uses the forming device and comprises a step for pre-tensioning links (300), sewing and final tensioning.
