摘要
The utility model relates to measuring technology, in particular, to switches actuated by a change in a magnetic or electric field, for example, a change in the relative position of a magnetic field of a given shape and a switch, and can be used to simultaneously change the state of two electrically separated circuits.;The task is to create a sensor with a simultaneous change in the state of two electrically isolated circuits to ensure coordination of the angles of operation of two reed switches.;The inventive sensor is made as follows.;On the base-bracket 1 with a stop 2, a switching unit 3 with a sealed lead-in 4 is rigidly fixed (see Fig. 1 - Fig. 3). A spring 6 is located on the axis 5, which presses the control unit 7 against the stop 2. The control unit 7 is equipped with a roller 8 designed to receive the pressure of the conveyor belt (not shown in the drawings). In the cavity of the switching unit 3 there is a two-channel bistable magnetically controlled switch (see Fig. 4), consisting of two reed switches 9 1 and 9 2 in heat shrink tubes 10 and a holding magnet 11, which magnetizes the output of one reed switch located in close proximity with the north pole, and the same conclusion of the second reed switch - the south pole. The control unit 7 (see Fig. 5) contains one pair of magnets: the magnets 12 1 and 12 2 have axial magnetization, are arranged so that their magnetic axes are parallel, control the state of both reed switches 9 1 and 9 2 as part of a two-channel bistable magnetically controlled switch.;The assembly of two reed switches with a common holding magnet while ensuring their electrical isolation in conjunction with their synchronous control using one pair of control magnets with parallel axes makes it possible to simultaneously change the state of two electrically isolated circuits, which makes it possible to obtain the desired result in the form of ensuring the coordination of the operating angles of two reed switches. 8 ill.
