The teaching aid sticker block set to which the semi-permanent adhesive gel sheet is attached according to the present invention, the teaching tool sticker block to which the semi-permanent adhesive gel pad is attached, and the manufacturing method thereof according to the present invention are semi-permanent by applying the adhesive gel sheet in which foreign substances are removed by simple washing with water. It makes it possible to use phosphorus, and it can be easily and easily attached to and detached from the surface of various objects, including walls, so that it can be usefully used as a teaching aid for infants/children.
