According to the present invention, in an artificial intelligence ship design method using a ship design system, generating a ship design algorithm by learning ship design information data pre-stored in a database; receiving a design location and pipe information applied to the ship design; inputting the design location and pipe information of the one or more equipment into the ship design algorithm to generate a plurality of candidate design drawings through artificial intelligence; and receiving a weight item selected from a user, and providing a design drawing selected from a plurality of candidate design drawings using the weight item. According to the present invention, there is no need to introduce a separate program by extracting pipe information written in a CAD file and an Excel file and comparing it with modeling, and there is an advantage of low cost by using a self-constructed database.
