A security service providing method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: collecting and analyzing surveillance image information from one or more cameras arranged in a service target area in which location information is registered; obtaining emergency situation information according to the analysis result of the monitoring image information; transmitting a security dispatch request including predetermined reconnaissance flight pattern control information and location information of the service target area to one or more security drones in response to the emergency situation information; collecting real-time flight image information from the one or more security drones flying in a pattern in the service target area according to the security dispatch request; and providing a security service using the real-time flight image information to a user terminal registered in response to the service target area.
