Device that integrates: A temperature probe in the water tank. A second temperature sensor is located in the housing just behind the splint return water connector. The idea is to have the return temperature (resulting between the temperature of the water delivered and that of the patient's skin which is around 30 ° C on the skin). The goal of care is to be between 5 and 14 ° C to obtain the therapeutic benefits. Information displayed on the screen of the device: PHOTO 1: Example with support at 8 ° C in set temperature. Our device displays the target temperature of the treatment at the bottom left of the screen which is the first value at 8 ° C (it is therefore the user, the therapist who sets his target of treatment). Above, the temperature of the water tank is displayed at 10 ° C and finally next to it is displayed the temperature at 11 ° C returning from the splint, therefore the one that is actually delivered to the patient. This function will therefore adapt, by activating or deactivating the water pump, the flow of water in the splint to optimize the treatment. It also makes it possible to secure care, to set temperature objectives according to medical care and to provide treatment for up to 48 hours non-stop with the guarantee of therapeutic cold. The bleeding is halved, so is the pain and inflammation. It was customary for nurses to use cold packs and change them every 30 minutes, placing a damp cloth around the pad so as not to burn the tissue. It was a great help but difficult to manage, with enormous strain on the nursing staff and without temperature control. With our system, patients can leave clinics and hospitals faster, without pain or inflammation and without discomfort. The staff are released and care is guaranteed in their care.
