The invention relates to a process for post-anodizing sealing of aluminum or aluminum alloy. The invention also relates to a process for the surface treatment of an aluminum or aluminum alloy part intended for use in the aeronautical sector comprising at least the following steps: i) submitting said part to an anodization step; ii) treatment of the anodized part by a post-anodization sealing process according to the invention; and eventually iii) application of one or more coat (s) of paint; or possibly iv) application of a DAO treatment to at least part of the functional areas of the room. The subject of the invention is also an aluminum or aluminum alloy part treated by a post-anodization sealing process according to the invention, optionally comprising one or more layers of paint or optionally comprising on certain functional areas a OAD treatment (Hard Anodic Oxidation), and intended for the aeronautical sector.
