An air inflation device (100, 100 ') comprises an inflation unit (1, 1') having a chamber (11) in which the air can be compressed to generate high pressure air, and an outlet channel. air (12) communicating with the chamber (11). A pressure gauge unit (2) includes a pressure gauge (21), a shaft (22) extending outwardly from the pressure gauge (21) and inserted into the air outlet channel (12), and a valve backflow preventer (25) fitted onto the shaft (22) and movable between an open state to allow high pressure air in the chamber (11) to flow into the air outlet channel (12), and a closed state to prevent high pressure air in the air outlet channel (12) from flowing back into the chamber (11). An air guiding unit (3) is connected to the inflation unit (1, 1 ’) to guide the high pressure air out through the air outlet channel (12). (Figure 1)
