The fresh air device comprises: a fresh air shell (11), which is provided with a fresh air inlet (181) in communication with the outdoors, a fresh air outlet (182) in communication with the indoors, and a fresh air channel (18) enabling the fresh air inlet (181) to be in communication with the fresh air outlet (182); a fan support (30), which is arranged on the fresh air channel (18) and comprises a support body (31), with the support body (31) being provided with a ventilation opening, and the periphery of the support body (31) being arranged on an inner wall of the fresh air channel (18) in an adapted manner; and a fan (20), which is installed on the fan support (30) and is used for driving an air flow to flow from the fresh air inlet (181) to the fresh air outlet (182) via the ventilation opening.
