A disease prediction method, a disease prediction apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, relating to the technology of big data in artificial intelligence, and the method comprising: acquiring a pathology dataset of a user (S1), and a model dataset and a predictive non-linear relationship, establishing a mapping relationship between the pathology dataset and the model dataset (S3); on the basis of the mapping relationship, performing traversal matching on the pathology dataset and the model dataset to obtain a filtered dataset (S4); using a filling algorithm to perform filling on the filtered dataset to obtain a standard dataset (S5); using the predictive non-linear relationship to perform training generalization on the standard dataset to obtain a prediction dataset (S6); extracting prediction data contained in the prediction dataset (S7); and on the basis of the prediction data, determining a disease prediction result for the user (S8). The present method is able to solve the problem of low reliability in disease prediction results.
