The invention relates to an assembly (1) comprising an access control device (4) for a gas container (9), a centralised management system (2), a gas container (9) and a mobile terminal (3), the access control device (4) comprising: - an electrically controlled lock (5) for authorising the use of the container (9) when it is in the open position and restricting the use of the container (9) when it is in the closed position, - an identifier of the access control device (6) comprising a printout or a radio tag, - a control unit configured to control the opening or closing of the lock (5), - a first interface for radio communication, in particular at short range, the centralised management system (2) comprising a computer configured to determine, from the identifier of the access control device (6), a parameter for accessing the first communication interface.
