A nanowire manufacturing method using a nanopipette, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: preparing an optical fiber having a distal end; preparing a nanopipette having a distal end of an inner diameter that is substantially the same as the diameter of the optical fiber and into which a portion of the distal end of the optical fiber can be inserted; aligning the distal end of the optical fiber and the distal end of the nanopipette gripped by a gripping means to one X-Y coordinate value on an X-Y plane; filling a nanowire material solution into the nanopipette aligned with the distal end of the optical fiber; lowering the nanopipette until at least the nanowire material solution comes into contact with the distal end of the optical fiber; and moving the nanopipette away from the distal end of the optical fiber.
