PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve uniformity in movable speed of a reflection surface.;SOLUTION: A control device 11 is a control device that controls movability of a reflection surface 14 connected to a piezoelectric part 202 by applying a drive voltage to the piezoelectric part 202 to deform the piezoelectric part 202, and comprises a drive signal output part 31 (application means) that applies the drive voltage to the piezoelectric part 202, and a control part 30 (control means) that controls the drive voltage.
