To improve an appearance of a design member more reliably.SOLUTION: An undercoat layer 14a, a design layer 14b that is a metal vapor-deposited layer, and a top coat layer 14c are stacked in this order on an exposed portion 11. A surface of the undercoat layer 14a is a smooth surface with less unevenness than a surface of the exposed portion 11 and the presence of the design layer 14b can be visually confirmed through the top coat layer 14c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
