A drone landing gear (400) and a drone. The drone landing gear (400) comprises a main body (410), a mounting plate (420), and a support structure (430). A weight reduction cavity (411) is provided at an end of the main body (410), and said end of the main body (410) provided with the weight reduction cavity (411) extends outward to form the mounting plate (420). The support structure (430) is fixed to the main body (410), and at least a portion of the support structure (430) extends into the weight reduction cavity (411) and is connected to an inner wall of the weight reduction cavity (411), so as to increase the rigidity of the main body (410). The above arrangement enhances the overall rigidity of the drone landing gear (400), and enables the resonant frequency thereof to correspondingly increase. Thus, provided the vibration frequency of a rotor remains unchanged, the rotor cannot, within the time from activation to steady rotation thereof, reach the resonant frequency of the drone landing gear (400), thus avoiding the danger of resonance between the rotor and the drone landing gear (400).
