It relates to a method for producing a gene-edited bird having resistance to avian influenza virus. The method according to one aspect corrects only the key amino acids of the ANP32A gene, so that while maintaining the original function of the ANP32A gene in the host, only the interaction between viral proteins can be precisely restricted. Using the above method, it is possible to efficiently develop new poultry and avian varieties that do not pose a biological stability problem, including cell lines resistant to avian influenza virus, and thus it is expected to have high industrial application potential.
