Disclosed are a variable cooling flow path system for an integrated LDC/inverter assembly for an electric vehicle and a cooling method thereof. The variable cooling flow path system of the LDC/inverter integrated assembly for an electric vehicle according to the present invention includes a first cooling request unit for cooling the LDC in the LDC/inverter integrated assembly mounted on the electric vehicle, and a second cooling for cooling the inverter a first temperature detection unit partitioned by a partition wall and configured to detect a first temperature (T1) around a position where the LDC is mounted; a second temperature detection unit for detecting a second temperature T2 around a position where the inverter is mounted; a variable valve unit for adjusting the flow rate of the cooling water flowing through the first cooling request unit and the second cooling request unit; and a variable valve control unit configured to control an opening degree of the variable valve unit based on the first temperature, the second temperature, and a threshold temperature preset in the first and second cooling request units.
