The present invention relates to vanadium dioxide and tungsten vanadium dioxide nanoparticles and a method for producing a dispersion thereof, and more particularly, vanadium dioxide and tungsten having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less of the powder produced without requiring a reducing gas heat treatment in the manufacturing process. It relates to vanadium dioxide nanoparticles, further to tungsten vanadium dioxide nanoparticles having a phase transition temperature of 50° C. or less, and a method for preparing a dispersion thereof.
