The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation facility leakage and ground fault current monitoring system configured to detect leakage and ground fault current for each string unit, which is an aggregate of a plurality of photovoltaic modules of the photovoltaic power generation facility. In more detail, by applying a low-frequency waveform to the generated current for each string as a confirmation wave, when a ground fault current occurs in the junction panel, it is possible to identify which string the ground fault occurred in through the confirmation wave.
